Training Ball

When you first start slinging this weighted EVA foam ball is the perfect training tool to help you quickly and safely learn directional control. Marshmallows can be too light to get a feel for the release. Tennis balls are heavy enough to do some damage. This training ball is a good balance of safety and weight giving you the confidence to jump right in to slinging.

Each sling comes with a training ball included but you may find that you need a replacement or an extra.
