Warranty Policy

Pan warrants that all products are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for up to one year.

This warranty does not cover the natural wear process that will occur to slings through normal use. Check out our lifetime sling repair or replacement program to cover worn-out slings.

Also, this warranty does not cover lost, or stolen products; damage caused by accident, rips or tears, cuts, abuse, neglect, shock, water, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

How to make a claim:

To submit a Warranty Claim, please submit a request through the contact form. Please provide the store name in the order number field if your order was placed with an authorized retailer.

Gift Warranty:

Gifts are also 100% covered under our Warranty Policy! Please follow the same process and provide the gifter's full name in the Warranty Claim order number field. We can verify your product’s authenticity with the photo attached to the Warranty Claim.

Warranty Disclaimer:

We reserve the right to deny any Warranty Claim. This may happen if we believe the claim to be fraudulent, or if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller such as, but not limited to Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, and eBay.

This Warranty does not include service to items in the claim.

Please note that if your Pan product is eligible for a replacement, then your replacement will be the same color and material as your purchased product. If your product is no longer in stock, your replacement will be of a similar material and color. If no comparable replacement is available, we will replace it with the closest match available of equal value.

Warranty FAQ

What is not covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of products; cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality; damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Do I need to register an item to activate the Warranty?

No registration is needed to use the Warranty. However, we recommend keeping your order information for your records to help speed up the processing of your warranty claim.

How do I submit a Warranty Claim if I did not order on your site?

If you purchased your item from a third-party seller your Warranty is still valid! Photos confirming this is an authentic Pan product are still required.

How long does the Warranty Claim process take?

Warranty Claims are generally approved or denied within 2-3 business days of receiving all documentation. This timeframe can be affected during busier seasons or if we need more information to process the claim.

How do I file a Warranty Claim for a gift?

If your order was a gift and you do not have the order number, please put the full name of the person who gifted the item in the order number field. Your product will still be covered under Warranty, and we can verify your item with a photo!
