I'm 72, I've been an athlete since I was about 10 years I guess, running, climbing, hiking, sea kayaking, wrestling, boxing, fencing, archery, knife throwing, adventure racing, obstacle course racing and I'm pretty good at, and in some cases sort of very, very good at all of these activities. But, I never played ball sports, and except for knife throwing, I never threw anything, I mean not really, not effectively. But, after starting the series "The House of David", I wanted to learn to sling. I bought a couple of slings and I thought to myself, "oh boy", this is going to take awhile. Then I bought a Pan Sling and I practiced and practiced and practiced almost every day for about 6 weeks now. Then when randomly watching a Pan Sling Face Book reel, I stumbled upon the technique I needed to see. The reel is entitled "Watch Closely To See Aim Assist", and just like that, suddenly I was hitting my target! Love this sling.
