Politique d’expédition
Because our slings are hand-built by a small team here in the USA, the amount of stock on hand can change depending on current demand. Our fulfillment schedule can fluctuate from the next day to 3 weeks. We try to keep the current schedule updated on the cart page and page header, but if you have any questions feel free to check in at: support@panslings.com. All of our customers will receive a shipping confirmation email when their order has shipped.
All orders are shipped with tracking, and a tracking link will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Policy
Processing and Shipping Times
Once processed, your order will be shipped. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Ownership and Responsibility
Once your package leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. This includes any issues related to delivery, such as delays, damage, or lost packages. The carrier assumes full responsibility for the package once it is in their hands.
Resolving Shipping Issues
If you experience a shipping-related problem, you must contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. We recommend you use your tracking number to file a claim or report a problem with the carrier.
Please keep your tracking number handy, as the carrier will need it to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your address carefully before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free domestic standard shipping (5-8 day) on orders over $80. For non-USA orders, expedited shipping, or shipping for orders under $80, charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please understand that we may be restricted from shipping to certain countries.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which may be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pan is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 3 weeks of placing your order please contact us at support@panslings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some delivery services, including FedEx and UPS, do not deliver to USPS PO boxes. Please do not select non-USPS shipping services if you use a P.O. box.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 90 days after purchase confirmation, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost (if you did not qualify for free shipping) for the return.
