I'm still very new to this topic, and I discovered the Pan Sling by chance through a Reddit post—so I ordered the Machu SR3 and some accessories! Aside from how great it looks, I'm also thrilled with the quality and the modular system! I can therefore recommend the SR3 series models to anyone who values good quality, innovation, and beautiful design!
I think for overseas purchases where postage costs are very high, the cracker should be automatically included and the option not to have a cracker should not be there. A beginner that doesn't really understand the system might be like me: not order the cracker and then have to reorder the cracker separately, which costs very much money for a cheap part. That's not good.
Since young wanted to use this for fun, but never found how to be successful at making one. The equipment is well made. All in one and easy to carry, even on the wrist. Excellent instructions to follow and learn to use it effectively.

Im am very impressed with the sling and the total package. I added the cracker which is a must have option in my opinion for practice. The weight, quality and design are all very well thought out and function amazing. The device included for storage is excellent and easy to use. I just cannot say enough good things about this sling. I ordered two more for my boys for Christmas gifts.

After 3+ months of hemming and hawing, I finally pulled the trigger / loosed the release line on a "Deep" SR3 sling, and took delivery on it yesterday August 19 2026. During the aforementioned hem/haw/delivery anticipation period, a little voice in the back of my tiny, thick skull was screaming "Doooooood! That's 90 bucks you would be dropping / have just dropped, on a PARACORD sling!". So today, 2026/08/20, I haul my hopper of 50-60 tennis balls, my 14 paracord and leather "frankenslings", and the SR3 to my favorite middle school baseball diamond with a decent backstop. I warmed up using my "frankenslings", I went through 2/3 of my hopper ... time for the 90$ "paracord" wonder ... 1st throw, an overhand/figure 8, a throw YOU taught me, that I have adopted as my primary ... AND ... HOLY BYZANTINE BALLISTICS BATMAN!!! WHAT A SLING!!! Thank you for SR3: The aforementioned "paracord wonder" is a true technological marvel of thoughtful features, clever and useful modular design-engineering and exquisite craftsmanship. Now all I need to do is dial in my accuracy, and re-work my side-arm! I am quite thrilled to have pulled the trigger / loosed the release line, on this SR3!
I love Pan slings. Their site is informational, videos helpful, and this is great for children to use. We use it with “chuck it” balls for our dog - so she brings them back to us. The hand/eye coordination skill is increased by using it and kids LOVE them!!! Especially when coupled with the David/Goliath story:-) Great gift!

Gotcha…the SR3 does not disappoint. Could I have rigged up a sling with some paracord and leather, probably. But this Pan sling makes that irrelevant. I’m tossing rocks, handballs, apples, you name it and the SR3 can hold it secure and launch it like a mf’er. I don’t bother with the storage pack, it’s just coiled up in my backpack, around my wrist or slung over my shoulders. Does exactly what it’s designed to do. Very satisfied with this purchase as it adds some fun on the dog walks or playing with the kids. Just get a sling if your lurking the website.
I’m a newbie. Happy as a goat in a garden. Sling arrived really quick, considering I am in Australia. Great packaging, spares, practical ball. Everything I need, except skill. I searched the whole box looking for it but it looks like I’m gunna have to earn it. I have a little trouble getting the loop over my sausage finger and could do with a spare right arm but all in all, I couldn’t be happier. Thanks pan slings. Good on ya.
