Slings are naturally subject to wear due to rock abrasion and degradation through whip-crack fatigue. We have engineered the Pan sling to be one of the most durable slings ever made but even the Pan Sling will eventually wear out. However, we have a solution for our community of slingers.

The repair/replace program works like this: Rather than buying a new sling, when your sling wears out from slinging, send it back to us, and for a fee of $25* (US customers) we will repair or replace it at our discretion and ship it back to you.

Please note that this program does not cover lost/stolen slings, or slings that are not cared for properly such as failure to wax the whip-crack fatigue area or failure to condition the leather. Also, it does not cover damage unrelated to natural slinging wear, like a dog chew toy etc.

Here are some items to be aware of regarding the sling repair/replace program.

  • Colors and materials may go out of stock over time. We will repair or replace your sling with the closest match available.
  • This program covers wear damage from slinging. Other conditions are not covered such as cuts to sling components, leather damage due to improper care, release cord damage from failure to regularly wax the last 1-2 inches of the release cord, if the sling is lost or stolen, or becomes a chew toy for your pet.
  • We will inspect the sling and determine if it should be repaired or replaced.
  • The handling fee is subject to change over time.
  • If the sling is a gift the recipient has the same access to the repair/replace program.
  • The program duration is for the lifetime of the sling.
